Expo 67 / Osheaga

The Osheaga/Expo67 poster designs are a study of graphic design styles throughout recent history. Both Osheaga Indie Music Festival and Expo 67 took place on St. Helen's Island in Montreal, the difference being there date in history. Osheaga is a popular current day music festival that happens annualy while Expo 67 was a gathering of nations throughout the world in 1967. By crossing the design styles and creating cross-parallel posters for the two events, a new imagining of retro and modern design styles are explored.
